Carpet - 153 cm - 90 cm - Chinese rug

A bright ground in cream and warm beige characterizes this hand-knotted Chinese wool rug. Its soft floral hues and the generously open center give it a calm aura. At 153 × 90 cm, it makes a decorative accent in front of a dresser, beside a seating area, or in the bedroom. Several flower stems distribute asymmetrically along the edges. The largest arrangement sits in the lower left area and combines rosy-colored blossoms with smaller cream-colored flowers. Other motifs echo the design at the upper edge and on the sides. Rose and apricot provide warm accents, while gray-green leaves and individual ocher details complete the color palette. A narrow rectangular border delineates the inner field. The flowers extend beyond it in places, softening the strict frame. This floral Oriental rug harmonizes particularly well with natural wood, cream upholstery fabrics, and restrained home accessories. The light color scheme is versatile and highlights the individual floral motifs.
