Cashmere Silk - Rug - 155 cm - 92 cm

Welcome, we offer a hand-knotted exceptionally fine cashmere-silk rug from India. Please view the rug with patience and attention. Each handwoven rug is unique in its design, detail, and color harmony, and therefore a work of art in itself. This rug impresses with its very fine knotting, typical for genuine cashmere-silk rugs. The elaborately designed patchwork or medallion field with numerous floral and ornamental motifs recalls classic Persian models and bears witness to the highest knotting craftsmanship. Through the silk pile, the surface appears particularly elegant with a noble sheen, depending on the incidence of light.
