Cashmere Silk - Rug - 155 cm - 95 cm

Welcome, we offer a hand-knotted, extraordinarily fine Kashmir silk rug from India. Please view the rug with patience and attention. Each hand-made rug is unique in its pattern, depth of detail, and color harmony, and is therefore a work of art in its own right. This rug captivates with its very fine knotting, typical of genuine Kashmir silk rugs. The elaborately designed patchwork or medallion field with numerous floral and ornamental motifs recalls classical Persian models and testifies to the highest knotting craftsmanship. The silk pile makes the surface appear especially elegant with a noble sheen depending on the light.
