Cassetta da poker massonica – Raffinato intarsio a...

Elegant and original Freemason poker box, characterized by a refined geometric checkerboard inlay, made with precious wood tiles of different natural tones. The decoration symbolically recalls the traditional Freemason checkerboard, symbolically black and white, representing duality and balance between opposites. On the front stands a stylish silver-metal and blue enamel Freemason emblem, depicting the square and compasses with the central letter “G” and the rays of light that illuminate. The surface features a splendid glossy finish, which enhances the grain of the different woods. The wood essences Ebony Macassar - dark tiles with characteristic black and brown-gold striations. Rosewood - possible essence for red-brown tiles, with fine and pronounced grain. Mahogany or Padauk - possible essences for the reddish tiles with warm tones. Light Maple - possible essence for the ivory-colored tiles. The essences are attributed based on the general visible characteristics; no certification. Interior and accessories The interior is lined in soft black velvet, with molded compartments to hold: Two packs of QUEEN Casino Special professional cards, red and blue, bearing the date 2009 and of Taiwanese manufacture; the QUEEN brand is well known and supplies casinos. Five ivory-colored dice, very hard to ensure bounce, smooth surface and rounded corners. The date 2009, printed on the cards, suggests a possible dating of the box to the same period. Conditions Excellent overall condition, with the exterior surface perfectly glossy, with no visible scratches and the inlays well preserved. Slight signs of time wear on the side walls. On the inner base where the cards rest, the velvet lining shows some light folds due to time, but it is perfectly intact and free of tears. The cards are new and appear unused. Completeness is not guaranteed; some cards may be missing, but a general check suggests they are complete.
