Ca. 900 - 700 BC. A bronze socketed axe head with a narrow body expanding to a broad curved cutting edge. The rounded socket mouth has a thickened rim, and the cheeks are decorated with a raised triangular motif composed of converging ribs. For similar see: The British Museum, Museum number 1900,1112.20.
