Ceylon Unheated Blue Sapphire and Diamond Ring, GIA Certified

ESTIMATED RETAIL PRICE: $8,000* *This is the estimated value a piece of similar quality, craftsmanship, and characteristics could command at retail. GIA has certified this 2.18-carat oval sapphire as Sri Lankan with no heat and no treatments — the specification that defines the top of the sapphire market, since heat treatment has become nearly universal in the commercial trade. Ceylon origin is prized for a bright, pure blue that holds its color under artificial light where darker material goes inky. A pavé diamond halo and a finely fluted band complete the setting. Summary of Key Characteristics • Metal: 18K yellow gold • Gemstone(s): Natural Sri Lanka blue sapphire, no heat, no treatments, approx. 2.18 carats; round cut diamonds approx. 0.15 carat total, most G-H/SI • Measurements: ring top 12 mm long • Ring Size: 7 • Weight: 5.97 g. • Condition: In excellent condition. Some surface reaching inclusions on sapphire. • Accompanied by GIA Report No. 2245031704 dated Aug. 20, 2026, stating that the sapphire is natural, of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
