A brooch featuring a squirrel in champagne gold (a shade halfway between rose gold and yellow gold). The squirrel holds a parasol in its hands, and its eyes are represented by two pear-shaped synthetic rubies, each set with four prongs. The mechanism is designed to create movement: when the tail is moved, the squirrel’s head moves as well. French craftsmanship from the 1940s–1950s, eagle-head hallmark. Dimensions - Weight: 15.3 grams Length: 4.5 centimeters. Width: 2.5 centimeters at the widest point. Depth: 1.15 centimeters at its deepest point.
