Chandelier - Callaoro - Murano glass - 5 lights / 24kt gold

Attention before purchase All our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where necessary. Being antique pieces, some elements may show small chips, micro-scratches or tiny imperfections due to time and use. These signs are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the item. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in the photos, as they are often subtle or almost imperceptible details. In some cases, when the restoration is more thorough (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-compliant lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), the components will be regenerated or replaced before shipping. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered fully refurbished and ready to be assembled by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which can influence shipping costs. The shipping times are generally fast; however, since these are fragile items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, further restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. The courier tracking code will also be sent, to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. Even the wiring will need to be completed, while still providing everything necessary for assembly. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to carry out the assembly, preferably by a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
