Attention before purchase All our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where needed. Being antique pieces, some elements may show slight chips, micro-scratches or small imperfections due to time and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as often they are subtle or almost imperceptible details. In some cases, when restoration is more extensive (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-compliant lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipment. For this reason there may be differences with respect to the published photos. The product will be delivered completely like-new and ready to be assembled by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to avoid scratches or dust build-up, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may affect shipping costs. Shipping times are generally fast; however, being delicate items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. The courier tracking code will also be sent, to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without light bulbs and completely disassembled. Also the wiring will need to be completed, providing everything necessary for assembly. It will be the buyer's responsibility to arrange assembly, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
