Attention before purchase All of our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where necessary. Being antique items, some elements may show slight chips, micro-scratches or small imperfections due to time and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as they are often light or nearly imperceptible details. In some cases, when restoration is more extensive (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-compliant lamp holder, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipment. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered fully refurbished and ready to be assembled by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust accumulation, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may influence shipping costs. Shipping times are generally quick; however, as these are fragile items requiring careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. The tracking code of the express courier will also be sent, to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. The wiring will also need to be completed, but all necessary components for mounting will be provided. It will be the purchaser’s responsibility to assemble it, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (available on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
