Charger plate - Porcelain - Flower Shaped Imari

Beautiful, large Imari charger, uniquely shaped like a flower, dating to the Meiji period, showing flowering plants in a pot in red, orange and gold on a blue underglaze. The rim is decorated with flowers and geometric motives in the same colours. The verso shows three hand drawn fans. The object has craquelé and one hairline (as pictured), but is otherwise in a very good condition.

Estimate:£18.55
