Charles Farigola - Sculpture, No Reserve - 29 cm - polymer, resin

Original sculpture built from scratch in polymer Technical Sheet / Specifications * Artist: Charles Farigola * Title: (Hands) * Technique: Mixed media on polymer (figurative and pictorial sculpture) * Dimensions: 20 x 9 cm * Condition: Excellent state of conservation, original work * Signature: Hand-signed by the author Description of the Work A unique three-dimensional piece that fuses the classical gestural of hands in prayer or devotion with a contemporary plastic treatment, focused on material, texture and pattern. The sculpture stands out for the contrast between the anatomical solidity of the hands and the fluidity of its finishes. On a base enriched with gestural painterly layers in blue, yellow and green tones, a bright pastel pink patina emerges that intentionally flows in the form of thick drops and drips, creating a visual tension between hiding and revealing the underlying painting. Small flashes of pure pigment peek between the fingers and the folds, providing a dynamic visual rhythm depending on the viewing angle. A work of great tactile and conceptual impact, ideal for collectors of contemporary art, revised figurative sculpture or material abstraction. Shipped protected and with certificate of authenticity. Artist published in Vogue and Daily Mail UK
