An English figure depicting a seated woman as a flower seller. The figure wears an intricate paisley shawl with fringed edges over a pale pink bodice and blue skirt, topped with a black hat featuring a purple and red plume. She holds a small bouquet while a large wicker basket at her side is filled with multicolored blossoms and foliage. The piece is mounted to a black rectangular wooden plinth with a green felt underside. The side of the base features an impressed mark reading C. Vyse 1929 above the word CHELSEA.
