Chinese Framed Silk Embroidery Flora and Fauna Panel

Chinese silk embroidery panel featuring a mirrored birds and flowers composition. The hand-embroidered work utilizes satin and long-and-short stitches in a palette of orange, blue, and neutral tones on a taupe silk ground. The design depicts two flowering trees inhabited by cranes, phoenix-like birds, and various songbirds. The panel is presented in a silk-wrapped mat and a gold-toned wooden frame.
