He studied Fine Arts at the University of the Arts in Berlin. There he earned the title Meisterschüler. He received, among others, an Erasmus scholarship for ESBAM in Marseille (France) and the Villa Serpentara Scholarship of AdK Berlin and Deutsche Akademie Rom. Since 2006 he has worked as a freelance artist and curator and has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions.
