Descriptio Baume & Mercier Classima Open Heart wristwatch, official reference M0A10274, also identified by case number 65802, belonging to the Swiss firm’s Heritage collection. It features a 40mm diameter round polished stainless steel case (excluding lugs and crown) and 8.95mm thick, with a sapphire crystal front and a transparent sapphire case back bearing the brand’s logo. The dial, described in the documentation as gray or silver with an opaline finish, has a central guilloché pattern, Roman numeral hour markers and baton markers, blued leaf-shaped hands, and a circular aperture at 12 o’clock that allows a view of the balance wheel in motion—the characteristic that gives the model its name, Open Heart. The crown also bears the Baume & Mercier logo. It houses a Sellita SW200 BV automatic mechanical movement with an approximate power reserve of 38 hours and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). It features a brown leather strap, also described as dark brown alligator leather, with an adjustable triple-folding clasp, safety pushers, and the brand logo. It has a water resistance rating of up to 5 ATM, equivalent to 50 meters or 165 feet. The watch’s design combines the contrast between the silver dial and blue hands with a classic, minimalist composition and a slim profile, intended for formal wear. It is in good working order and shows very little use, with minor scratches typical of this age and slight wear on the case. Purchased new in 2018. It comes with its box, case, manual, and warranty card.
