Cleoniceras Ammonite and Ammolite Inlays Jurassic Jewelry...

Cleoniceras of Madagascar and Ammolite of Canada — A jewel that unites two geological worlds in a single extraordinary creation: this 925 silver pendant is made with an authentic fossil of Cleoniceras ammonite from Madagascar, enhanced with hand-cut and hand-worked Ammolite inlays from Alberta, Canada. The perfectly preserved spiral of the ammonite reveals its inner chambers, each of which has been skillfully filled with iridescent ammolite fragments, creating a kaleidoscope of green, red, violet and orange reflections. Ammolite is a rare and valuable gemstone material, formed over time from the fossilization of ammonites belonging to the species Placenticeras. It is recognized as the official gemstone of Alberta and considered among the oldest and most colorful stones in the world. The sober and elegant silver setting enhances the natural shape of the fossil, highlighting the brilliance of the colors and the harmony of the spiral. This pendant is not just an accessory, but a miniature fossil sculpture, merging paleontology, mineralogy and goldsmithing art into a unique piece for collection or wear.
