I am offering for sale this elegant English mechanical mantel clock, a fine example of traditional British clockmaking. Its timeless design, combined with a quality mechanical movement, makes it both a collector’s piece and a superb decorative object. The wooden case features a classic silhouette and highlights an elegant Roman numeral dial protected by a glass door encircled with brass. The mechanical pendulum movement is in excellent condition and testifies to careful craftsmanship. The clock is equipped with a striking function, with a selector allowing you to choose between the “Chime” and “Silent” modes, providing everyday user comfort. The piece is in very good condition. The case shows some light signs of wear and handling, perfectly normal given its age. These discreet marks do not affect its aesthetics nor its operation and contribute to the authentic charm of this antique clock. The mechanical movement and its pendulum are a fine example of British horological know-how. This clock will naturally find its place on a mantel, sideboard, or desk, where it will bring a touch of elegance and character to any interior. Specifications: Mantel clock, mechanical Manufacture: Made in Great Britain Mechanical pendulum movement Westminster striking mechanism Selector Chime / Silent Dial with Roman numerals Wooden case Very good condition Light wear consistent with its age See the photographs, which are an integral part of the description A very beautiful antique clock, combining quality of workmanship, classic elegance, and authenticity, ideal for collectors as well as enthusiasts of vintage decoration and traditional horology.
