Colchian pheasant Taxidermy wall mount - Phasianus...

Look closely at all the photos. The Colchis Pheasant (Phasianus colchicus), ringed pheasant or hunting pheasant, is a species of galliform birds in the Phasianidae family native to western Asia and introduced to Europe in the Middle Ages. It is the most common pheasant in Europe, and if this term is used alone, it is probably this species that is being referred to. It is hunted as game and raised for its meat. The beauty of this taxidermy is audacious, in perfect condition. The bird’s colors, its expression, are superb. The bird is mounted on a real grapevine stem itself mounted on a hanging display. It is a great pleasure for us to offer you this superb piece. to All and Everyone, here, and only here, on Catawiki. Not to be missed!!! Good luck!!!
