COLOMBIA. 50 Centavos, 1914. Birmingham (Heaton) Mint. PCGS MS-65. KM-193.1; Restrepo-414.3. Variety with closed "4". An example that was procured at the same place and time as the previous lot, this piece shares the latter's exemplary fields and expert strike, making one think that it too should have garnered specimen status. Estimate: $2,000 - $3,000. Provenance: Acquired from Spink in London, July 1984. Click here for certification details from PCGS.
