Colt Model 1849 pocket revolver. Five-shot, .36-caliber black powder revolver. Octagonal barrel with a firing strip marked with the patent number, which is also found on the frame. Cylinder featuring the “stagecoach scene,” bearing the same number as the firearm, 15500, indicating the year of production, 1850. Good mechanical condition and good remnants of original finish, with some oxidation. Overall length: 25 cm. United States of America, circa 1850. Category D firearm.
