The General Electric TXP-1000 (together with the GE Printer Interface Model 3-8150 shown) was released around 1984/1985. This type of printers was marketed at the time specifically as a 'Letter Quality Printer' for popular home computers such as the Atari 8-bit series and the Commodore 64/128. The included GE Printer Interface (Model 3-8150) manual and module are essential: they translate the signal from the Commodore or Atari computer to the printer. Commodore 1531: This version is often dark gray (matching the later computer lines) and has a round 7-pin plug (mini-DIN). It was exclusively designed for the Commodore 16, 116, and Plus/4. To connect a 1531 to a Commodore 64, you would need a special adapter cable. In box with manual.
