(lacks title and one leaf: pp. [27]-[28], water stain to the dedication, repaired tear, water stains and foxing to one leaf: pp. 15-[16], repaired tears and tape repairs to the margins of most leaves). Original printed covers (detached, lightly soiled, two parts of the upper cut away and repaired). With 18 lithograph plates (of 30) measuring from 300 x 460 to 399 x 555 mm., 15 double-tinted, the rest single-tinted, all designed and lithographed by Cook, each one placed in separate mount. (parts cut away and repaired in five plates, tears affecting the subject of six plates and the margins of thirteen, foxing to seven plates, lighter foxing to eleven plates, crease from folding to two plates).
