Credenza - Wood, Bamboo

Splendid bar/display cabinet dating from the period spanning the late 1970s to the 1980s, fully in Colonial / Ethnic-Chic style. The piece stands out for its high level of craftsmanship: the main structure is made of solid wood with a warm figure and veneer. The panels of the two front doors feature a refined inlay in Vienna straw wicker with a tight weave in a dark tone, perfectly preserved. The external supporting frame echoes the grooved design of bamboo canes, enhanced by elegant decorative joint details. The upper open section serves as a display shelf, while the lower part houses a large storage compartment. The interior currently has two original wooden shelves (a third shelf is missing, but there are side supports for easy restoration). The item is in exceptional vintage condition: the wood is glossy and free of deep scratches, the Vienna straw weave is perfectly intact, solid and without breaks or loose parts. A piece of furniture with great warmth and charm, ideal for living rooms, verandas, or interiors with boho-chic and vintage tastes.
