My personal journey started with studying the masterpieces of Alessandro Mendini, Gio Ponti, and Achille Castiglioni. This passion for 'the jewelry of the table' is what drives my selection of high-quality tableware. I look for cutlery/flatware sets that capture the same timeless energy as the Postmodern movement or the functional beauty found in Scandinavian design icons like Iittala, Stelton, and Sambonet. Whether you appreciate the iconic lighting of Artemide and Flos, the avant-garde furniture of Driade, or simply look to elevate your daily dining experience, my goal is to offer cutlery that brings 'gallery-style' aesthetics to every home. By focusing on the refined proportions also seen in the work of Gerrit Rietveld or Verner Panton, I ensure that every cutlery set I curate meets a professional standard of weight and lasting beauty. More information about this set: This set is a statement of fluid organic Modernism. This style is reflected in the seamless, liquid-like transitions where the handle meets the head, mimicking the soft, rounded shapes found in nature. Its silhouette is defined by fluid lines and a perfectly balanced ergonomic weight, evoking the same avant-garde spirit seen in the works of legendary designers like Philippe Starck and Ettore Sottsass. The design philosophy bridges the gap between functional everyday use and the sculptural aesthetics often found in modernist movements like Bauhaus or the Memphis Group. Crafted from superior AISI 304 (18/10) and 420 Stainless Steel (Inox), each piece features a high-quality mirror-polished surface that reflects light with a brilliance reminiscent of high-end houses like Georg Jensen, Christofle, and Alessi. The substantial, solid feel in the hand confirms its professional quality, comparable to the standards of Villeroy & Boch or WMF. This set is more than just cutlery; it is a 'table-scape' essential. Its timeless aesthetic makes it a perfect companion for an interior styled with iconic furniture from brands like Vitra, Cassina, or Knoll. Whether you are hosting a Fine Dining event, a Christmas dinner, or looking for a prestigious Wedding Gift, this set adds a touch of Luxury Living to any occasion. It fits seamlessly into both Mid-century Modern and Space Age decors, standing out as a focal point of contemporary art on your dinner table.
