D. Monti - LATE SUMMER - Textile Art (2 pieces)

Handcrafted in France using the traditional botanical print technique, these two pieces of fabric (one to make a painting 60x100 cm, one to make a matching cushion 50x60 cm) capture the fleeting beauty of real leaves and wildflowers. Each botanical element was individually selected and carefully arranged by hand before being gently steam-transferred onto the fabric. Every print is unique, preserving the natural veins, shapes and subtle details of the original plants. The result is an organic composition that can never be reproduced. Here, the natural background enhances the delicate botanical impressions, where soft olive greens, warm earthy tones and pale leaf silhouettes create a harmonious composition inspired by nature. No paints, no printed patterns, no artificial designs—only the authentic imprint of real plants. The honeysuckle vine twists, producing white or grey leaves. These are pieces of botanical art, celebrating the beauty and uniqueness of the natural world.
