Artist: Daniel Argimon (Barcelona, 1929–1996). Title: Untitled (1986). Description: Mixed media on canvas. Certificate of authenticity included. Dimensions without frame: 66 x 54 cm. ArtArtwork in good condition. Considered one of the most important artists of Catalan Informalism. His beginnings date back to 1952, when he began Artworking as an engraver and printer in his grandfather's Artworkshop, which allowed him to become familiar with the techniques of an artistic craft he would always hold in high esteem. In 1965, he went to Paris to perfect his lithography Artwork, on a scholarship from the French Institute of Barcelona. He graduated from the Llotja School of Fine Arts in Barcelona and Artworked as a lithography professor at the Conservatory of Book Arts. He also taught drawing at the French Lycée. In 1983, he earned a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona. From his early expressionist style, he gradually adopted an informal language, beginning a process of valuing materials that led him to an expressionist informalism. His Artworks are found in various museums and collections in Europe and America.
