Daum - Figure - Golden ducklings - Paste

A finely molded and finished pâte de verre (paste glass) sculpture of a conjoined pair of ducklings, measuring circa 8,3cm in length and weighing 365g, in an amber colour. Signed Daum France to the underside. Estimated age: Circa 1980s. The piece features a pair of nuzzling or "love" ducklings. Like most modern Daum animal figurines, it was produced using the company's revived ancient Egyptian lost-wax kiln-firing process. Condition: Excellent, no damages or repairs. This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
