daveY - KAWS LEGO –"Murano Relic (Azzurro & Oro)"

Bid at auction a magnificent visual art piece, a new sparkling chapter of the exclusive collection "Elemental Odyssey", dedicated to the magical transformation of matter: from sand and heat arises the purity of glass. The work, titled "Murano Relic (Azzurro & Oro)", fuses modern urban iconography with the centuries-old and prestigious art of blown glass. The famous figure in KAWS style maintains its strict modular brick construction, but appears forged in a translucent and crystalline material. The interior of the sculpture is traversed by hypnotic cobalt blue and vibrant gold spiral veins, adorned with tiny air bubbles trapped in the "glass", perfectly evoking the mastery of Venetian Murano creations. JPG + 2 The setting enhances this visual narrative by placing the figure inside an authentic master glassmaker's furnace. The sculpture rests on a solid, lived metal workbench, while in the background the living, incandescent fire of the furnace burns, surrounded by artisanal tools and resting spheres of colored glass. The contrast between the warm glow of the fire and the cool reflections of the blue glass creates a composition of extraordinary emotional impact.
