This 1978 studio cast recording features the original concept for the musical Dear Anyone, with music composed by Geoff Stephens and lyrics by Don Black. Released by DJM Records under catalog number DJH 20541, the 12-inch vinyl LP features vocal performances by Maggie Moone in the role of Pandora, alongside a cast including Elaine Stritch, Murray Head, Steve Harley, Gemma Craven, and Paul da Vinci. The production was overseen by executive producers Don Black and Geoff Stephens and produced by Geoff Stephens and Andrew Powell. Recording took place at Morgan Studios in London and Pathe Marconi Studios in Paris. The record features black center labels with silver text, displaying the DJM logo of three overlapping circles and the designation Made in England. The reverse of the sleeve identifies the printer as Robor Limited and the publisher as DJM Records Limited, James House, London. A vintage retail sticker from Footlight Records is adhered to the upper left corner of the back cover. Domestic shipping within the U.S. is $12 for a single album.
