Decorative bell - Italy

Beautiful reproduction nautical wall bell in solid brass with the inscription "MS BREMEN 1911". Wall bell with an anchor-style brass support, complete with the clapper chain. On one side a relief plate "MS BREMEN 1911", on the other a circular medallion with a raised swan surrounded by a floral wreath, typical of vintage nautical souvenir productions. Loud, shrill sound, perfectly functioning. Measurements (as shown in the photo with a ruler):* Bell: height 13.5 cm, base diameter 13.5 cm Anchor support: total height 24 cm Estimated weight: ~900 g – 1.1 kg Material:* Brass / solid bronze Condition:* Used, excellent condition. Natural brass patina, some signs of oxidation consistent with age. Not thoroughly cleaned to preserve vintage patina. Historical note:* The MS Bremen was one of the most famous ocean liners of Norddeutscher Lloyd (Bremen). This bell is a highly sought-after nautical souvenir reproduction, produced in the mid-20th century as a doorbell / bar bell / collectible. An iconic item for interior decoration.
