A distinctive and highly decorative mid-century centerpiece in an elegant boat shape, crafted from extremely thin, overlapping wooden veneers/veneer strips. The construction combines curved laminated wooden parts and light rattan-like reinforcements. The elongated form, gracefully rising ends, and characteristic fan-like bound wooden strips give the piece a striking sculptural and airy appearance.
