Decorative panel with landscape and grotesques. European School. Late

Descriptio Painting on panel. Measures 135 × 85 cm. Ornamental panel, probably part of a boiserie, decorated with grotesques inspired by Renaissance models that frame an architectural landscape with classical ruins and figures. The refined polychromy and historicist style reflect the eclectic decoration of the late 19th century. Due to its age and history of use, this lot may show signs of wear and previous interventions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no specialized technical testing has been performed. The absence of any mention of restorations does not guarantee that none exist. You may request additional information before placing a bid. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
