A pupil of the Italian master Leonardo Cremonini at the Beaux-Arts de Paris in the 1980s, his figurative and melancholic style is inspired by his many travels, notably to Greece. He has exhibited in prestigious institutions such as the Musée de l'Orangerie in 2009. In parallel, he illustrates covers for the Livre de Poche and creates paintings for cinema (Grosse fatigue, Les Visiteurs II).
