EGYPTIAN SILVER OVAL PLATE 900‰ – AN ANCIENT COLLECTIBLE PIECE Beautiful oval plate in Egyptian silver, featuring remarkable decorative work realized in a traditional oriental style. The piece is richly adorned with floral motifs and finely chased arabesques, with a particularly elegant central design and a fully worked rim. Specifications: Egyptian silverware Title: 900/1000 Weight: 214 g Oval shape Hand-engraved and chased décor Presence of Egyptian hallmarks Beautiful antique piece intended for collection or decoration The plate shows patina and some signs of use related to its age, visible in the photographs. Nevertheless, the overall piece retains a very handsome presence and allows appreciation of the fineness of the decoration. The hallmark featuring the Egyptian cat and the hallmarking system allow dating its manufacture to the first half of the 20th century. An interesting piece for collectors of ancient Egyptian silverware, particularly for its 900‰ fineness, its weight, and the quality of its decoration.
