Level: base of neck. Provenance & Condition: The wooden case retains its original stenciled branding ("Dow's – Established 1798 – Oporto") and rope handle, adding significant collector's value. All bottles have been stored horizontally in a cool, dark cellar. The Dow's bottles feature the rare embossed glass seal "Dow's Est. 1798" on the shoulder – a hallmark of authenticity from this legendary producer, owners of the finest vineyards in Portugal's Douro Valley. Don't miss this chance to acquire a piece of Oporto's winemaking heritage – where British tradition meets Portuguese excellence. Dow's remains one of the most respected names in the Port trade, and original cases of this era are increasingly scarce on the market. Please note: Vintage spirits/liquors may show natural sediment.
