All auctions / Miscellaneous / Driessen / Zodiac / Safran - Airline trolley - Half-size airplane trolley
A rare half-size aircraft trolley from KLM. The design was created by Marcel Wanders for KLM. These trolleys can be found in KLM's World Business Class. Wikipedia: Marcel Wanders (Marcel Theodorus Leonardus Gijsbertus, Boxtel, July 2, 1963) is a Dutch industrial designer. He is a co-founder and art director of the design label Moooi (formerly Wanders Wonders) in Breda. Additionally, Wanders has his own design studio, where he works for various international furniture brands. Produced by Zodiac / Safran / Driessen. The trolley has seen quite a few flight hours and has been used. There are here and there a few dings, dents, scratches and bumps. In this type of full-size Atlas trolley, a maximum of 7 Atlas drawers fit. We deliver the airline cart with 3 matching drawers. Note: from the same batch we have several similar Marcel Wanders trolleys, and the trolley you receive may differ somewhat from the photos. You are bidding on 1 unit. The swivel wheels, the door hinges and the foot brake work as they should. This item is a must-have for collectors, but it also looks fantastic in an industrial interior. For example, you could repurpose it into a stylish drinks cabinet or a storage unit for your kitchenware. We ensure sturdy packaging and ship with tracking. Shipping with tracking via DHL. If you live in a remote area and/or island, a transport surcharge may apply. Restriction: This trolley is not certified and may not be reused in the Aviation Industry.
