Duck decoy - S XIX-XX - Wood

Old wooden duck decoy used as a lure for hunting. It is of French origin and retains its original colors. A piece of folk art. Its fine orange irregular beak and its raised tail stand out. You won't see another like it. Lovely polychromy. Dated from the late 19th century or the early 20th century. It is in perfect condition, except the base which has a crack.
