E. García - Casa naranja en Perú XL

ORANGE HOUSE IN PERU is a 70x100 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García. The work presents a strongly chromatic architectural scene: an intense orange façade frames a blue door opened toward a mountainous landscape, while a dark planter and a flower box introduce a vegetal counterpoint that softens the geometry of the whole. The composition is built with a clear sense of frontalidad and balance, making the door the visual axis from which the entire image is articulated. The palette, based on bright oranges, deep blues, warm reds, and nuanced greens, naturally recalls Fauvism and the tradition of expressive color. The brushwork is visible, loose and direct, with a formal simplification that emphasizes the contemporary character of the scene. The relationship between the orange wall, the blue carpentry, and the checkered floor generates a very attractive visual vibration, while the light projected onto the pavement adds depth, rhythm, and atmosphere. The painting evokes Latin American popular architecture and the everyday charm of southern spaces, transforming a simple scene into an image of great decorative and pictorial power. It may find affinities with modern colorism of Matisse or with certain post-impressionist echoes, always reinterpreted from a personal and current sensibility. For its combination of architecture, landscape, light and color, Orange House in Peru is especially interesting for collectors of contemporary painting, travel scenes, interiors open to the landscape, and works with strong visual presence.
