Alter Ego explores the complexity of human identity through a face that seems to bring together different versions of the same existence. The features, reconstructed from simultaneous perspectives, suggest the coexistence between what we show to the world and what remains hidden inside us. The work raises a reflection on the duality of being, personal contradictions, and the changing nature of our own perception. From a contemporary Cubist perspective, the composition transforms the traditional portrait into an exploration of individuality. The intense contrasts between blues, reds, and warm tones emphasize the tension between the different facets of the face, while geometric shapes build a unity from fragmentation. Alter Ego invites contemplation of identity not as a fixed reality, but as a multiple construction in constant transformation.
