Early Teens Turkish Trophies Premium Mailing Envelope

Early Teens Turkish Trophies Premium Mailing Envelope which could have held a card like T11 and T7 or more likely a wide number of paper premiums which one could redeem coupons for. The penned notation at the lower left is almost certainly a count of premiums, many of which were worth 1/4 and 1/2 points toward redemptions. The 3 cent Washington stamp gives us a time line of 1908 or later. Overall in pretty nice shape, a few spots of paper loss at the corners, the printing largely unaffected. Very scarce!
