Mysterious black onyxes and sparkling white diamonds, curved shapes next to straight geometries: This bracelet thrives on strong contrasts. The design combines repeating elements in an endless round dance. It is up to the viewer to decide: Do two larger diamonds in plain frames connect two triangular elements set with onyxes and diamonds, giving the impression of bows? Or do pointed-oval, three-part links line up next to each other here, like a ribbon that is gathered together by the diamonds arranged as a pair? This bracelet from France speaks the elegant language of 1920s Déco. Clear shapes and cool colors, perfect workmanship and high-quality materials: the platinum band contains a total of around 4.45 ct of diamonds of consistently good to very good quality. We discovered the band in Vienna and it is accompanied by an independent appraisal from the city on the Danube. In first-class condition, it looks amazingly modern - despite being almost 100 years old.
