"Girl, winter costume", a very beautiful portrait by one of the pioneers said to be of the Yokohama school, before Kuzakabe Kimbei, whose signatures were either absent or materialized by archival numbers rather than captioned banners. A superb vintage albumen print with watercolor touch-ups, with excellent preservation of contrasts, colors and levels of detail, mounted on a thin carton support. Museum-quality.
