Enami, Farsari, Suzuki, Yokohama School (XIX) - Silk butter fly

Circa 1885/1895, 20x26 cm. "Silk butterfly", very beautiful portrait by one of the pioneers said to belong to the Yokohama school, before Kuzakabe Kimbei, whose signatures were either absent or manifested as archive numbers rather than captioned banners. Superb albumen print from the period with touches of watercolor, with very good preservation of contrasts and levels of detail, mounted on a cardboard backing. Museum-quality. Will be shipped with its neutral pH sleeve (ideal for a collection in good condition). Small PR conservatoire, not to be missed. Secure shipping by GLS or equivalent, a single shipping cost in case of multiple purchases, take advantage to group your purchases.
