Engelse geelkoperen plantenpot – rijk bloem- en...

English pale-copper plant pot – rich floral and foliate relief – ‘Made in England’ Give your favorite plant a stage with character! This decorative plant pot combines a warm golden-copper metal luster with a richly worked relief of flower rosettes, curling leaves and graceful tendrils. The wide, outward-flaring rim and the rounded bottom give the pot a beautiful, balanced form. Dark accents in the recessed parts make the floral and foliate decoration stand out even more. Even without a plant, this is a particularly decorative object. On the underside is the punch mark ‘Made in England’, confirming its English origin. Such decorative cache pots are also referred to as jardinières or cachepots. English examples with floral relief are known in both older and later versions; an exact dating of this pot has not been established. Beautiful on a wooden cabinet, windowsill, or plant stand. The warm color forms a nice contrast with bright green leaves and fits perfectly in a classic or country-style interior.
