Engraved Botanical Garden with Bird of Paradise...

This refined cotton upholstery fabric features an elegant and timeless design inspired by antique botanical illustrations and naturalist engravings. On a light, bright background, a harmonious composition of branches, leaves, and large flowers unfolds, accompanied by the scenographic presence of a bird with long ornamental plumage. The entire motif is executed in a refined black monochrome that recalls pen-and-ink drawings or chromolithographs from 18th-century botanical and natural history books. The fine lines and hatch shading create depth and volume, making every leaf, petal, and feather rich in detail. Among roses, orchids, open flowers and buds, an elegant ornamental bird with long tail feathers appears, perching among the branches as the silent protagonist of this imaginary garden. The result is a sophisticated, light, and highly decorative design that blends classicism and contemporaneity. This fabric is made of high-quality cotton specifically for upholstery, characterized by a tight, durable weave that guarantees longevity and an impeccable aesthetic performance. The surface of the cotton enhances the precision of the drawing and allows appreciation of every detail of the illustration. The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification guarantees that the fabric is free from harmful substances and safe for use in domestic environments, making it a reliable choice for both furnishings and everyday living spaces. Thanks to its refined and elegant style, this fabric is perfect for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and small sofas, where it can express all its graphic elegance. It is also ideal for decorative cushions that add an artistic and sophisticated touch to rooms. It is also suitable for creating sheer curtains, decorative panels, upholstered headboards, or textile complements for interiors with a classic, contemporary, or minimalist style. The contrast between the black design and the light background makes it extremely versatile and easy to fit into many decorating contexts. In the eighteenth century, botanical illustrations were regarded as a true art form as well as a scientific tool. Naturalists, painters, and engravers collaborated to represent plants and animals from around the world with striking precision. These illustrated plates, published in precious botanical volumes, were often copied onto fabrics and domestic decorations. The elegant, detailed lines seen in this motif are reminiscent of those historical engravings, where every leaf and every petal was drawn with nearly artisanal care. Measurements: 3.00 x 2.80 meters. The colors of the fabric shown in the photos may vary slightly from the real color, depending on the device you use to view it. WARNING! Care and Maintenance: To preserve the beauty and quality of your premium fabric over time, follow these simple care instructions: Washing: It is recommended to wash the fabric by hand or in a delicate machine wash cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Use a mild detergent free of aggressive whiteners to preserve vibrant colors. Drying: Avoid the dryer to prevent damaging the fibers. Air-dry the fabric, avoiding prolonged direct sun exposure, which could fade colors. Ironing: Iron at a low temperature, preferably with a cotton cloth over it, to avoid direct contact with the iron and to keep the fabric surface flawless. Professional cleaning: If used for furniture upholstery or large surfaces, professional dry cleaning is recommended for safer, longer-lasting maintenance. Following these simple guidelines, your fabric will retain its splendor and integrity over time, continuing to enhance your spaces with class and refinement. Fabric
