Entourage Ring in yellow gold, platinum, rubies, and diamonds

"Entourage" ring in 18-carat yellow gold and platinum, featuring a very flat oval shape and adorned in the center with an oval Ruby in a Bezel setting, displaying intense pink and raspberry hues. A double band of rose-cut diamonds set in platinum frames the central gemstone. On either side of the stone, at the base of the ring, are 2x1 rose-cut diamonds. French craftsmanship from the early 20th century. Total weight of the ruby: approximately 0.87 carats. Thickness: approximately 4.5 mm; ring width: approximately 1.6 mm.
