Ernest Borel manual wind cocktail wristwatch featuring a square gold-plated case with a textured bark-effect finish. The black dial contains a central kaleidoscope mystery complication formed by two rotating patterned discs that create a shifting geometric motif. The dial is marked Borel at the top and Cocktail in script at the bottom, with Modele Depose and Swiss Patent inscribed along the lower edge. The watch is fitted with a clear display case back revealing a mechanical movement engraved Ernest Borel, Seventeen 17 Jewels. The timepiece is paired with a gold-tone Speidel USA expandable bracelet. The interior bracelet links are stamped Speidel USA, and the end links are marked Stainless Steel Bottom Caps.
