Escuela Impresionista Europea (XX) - Bodegón Multicolor

Title: Multicolor Still Life ㅤ School: European Impressionist (20th century) ㅤ Style: Floral Impressionism ㅤ Technique: Oil on canvas ㅤ Condition: Good overall preservation, with slight signs of aging in the entire piece and the frame. ㅤ Circle and artistic influence: The work is linked to the European tradition of floral still life with an impressionist and decorative character. The painterly matter applied freely, the intensity of yellows, violets and pinks, and the simplification of the surroundings reflect a modern interpretation of the floral genre developed during the 20th century. ㅤ Small still life composed of a multicolor bouquet arranged in a dark rounded vase. The yellow, violet, pink and orange flowers stand out against a greenish-gray background, executed with quick, impasto brushstrokes that emphasize the texture of the petals. The intimate format and the concentration of the central motif provide balance and decorative character to the composition. ㅤ The work is presented with an elaborate aged golden frame, composed of successive moldings and a wide inner band ornamented with geometric and vegetal motifs in relief. ㅤ Observations: The work may incur damage during transport even with proper packaging. In such a case, we will require photographs of the damages to proceed with compensation.
