Ethiopian black opal pendant

Ethiopian black opal pendant

This natural cabochon displays a remarkable play of colors: electric green and red flashes explode on a golden background dotted with yellow sparks that change with every angle of light. The colors are vivid and contrasted, signature of the most expressive Welo opals. Provenance: Welo region, worldwide reference for opal since the 2000s. Lithotherapy: A stone of creativity and emotion, opal is associated with the sacral chakra and the crown chakra. It amplifies artistic expression, fosters spontaneity, and invites embracing change with lightness. Care: The Welo opal is a hydrophane stone; it absorbs water. Avoid repeated contact with water, perfumes, and household products, to prevent irreversible internal microcracks. Ethiopian opal features the peculiarity of rapidly changing appearance depending on the intensity and nature of the light that illuminates it. Depending on brightness or lighting, one can see multicolored fires or simply a dark base. This is where the magic of this stone lies. 1. Secure shipping with tracking number. 2. Dispatch twice a week. For Europe and international destinations, delivery time may vary from 8 to 15 days depending on the destination and customs clearance delays at borders. 3. All my stones are genuine, without color treatment, resin, or plastic. They have all been carefully selected, but as they are natural and artisanal products, they may sometimes show small imperfections. 4. The stated size includes the bail. Real photos; you will receive the pendant you see. 5. The stones have changing reflections depending on light, indoor lighting, or sun. Photos were taken indoors with appropriate lighting and outdoors in natural light when weather permits. I always strive to faithfully reproduce the stone’s natural colors. Thank you for your interest and happy bidding.
